Chris Rushworth, Dip Mgt MBA, has extensive experience of quality management in the legal sector developed most recently as the Legal Services Commission’s project manager for Quality Mark for the Bar, responsible for publishing the Standard, developing the accreditation process and audit tools, and training the auditors
